Positive Spin supports citizens who choose to walk, bike, bus or carpool to make Morgantown a safer and more sustainable place without sacrificing mobility. Positive Spin is a place to learn about better transportation futures and how they can maximize the the use of public funds for public transportation. We also serve as a bicycle recycling center, making refurbished bikes available to anyone. We are all-volunteer, all-donation and a registered non-profit (501-c3) organization. Your donations are tax-deductible. We also work with other local charities and environmental organizations.

Memberships in Positive Spin are available for $24/year (pro-rated for part-year residents) which entitle you to use of the shop and access to recycled bike parts as well as expert guidance from other volunteers. We also accept monetary donations to help pay for supplies, operating expenses and programs. We are currently seeking volunteers to staff our many bike events in the next few months as bike season opens.
